How wonderful to have a woman doctor at last who understands women's problems. Dr. Patel is lovely, she listens to your problem(s) and is sympathetic, understanding and then deals with that problem in depth. I feel I am a person with her, not a number, and I value her and her advice and treatment. If only all doctors were like her. She gives me great confidence and I trust her implicitly. Yes, you may have to wait a little to get to see her but this is more than made up for in the attention and detail given during that appointment and the treatment or medication that follows. I rate her highly and what a lovely personality too!

Since becoming a patient of the Grove Medical Centre. I've been seen by a number of doctors. But although they are all extremely professional and friendly, there is one that stands out, and that is Dr Patel. She is very welcoming, understanding and above all, she has plenty of time for her patients. Some may feel that the time she shares with her patients is too long. I ask myself, how would they feel if the patient she was seeing was them. Being 'valued' in my opinion is the start to the 'Road to Recovery' As a woman, I have spent a lot of time with Dr Patel regarding my anxiety and stress. Talking to Dr Patel is like talking to a close friend and confident. It's a pity, that there aren't more like her, instead concentrating on numbers.

She is very caring explains everything clearing and I’m not the easiest of patients but she has away about her that even makes me open up and share my inner most concerns! She takes time to listen and you leave feeling re assured that someone cares! She is a great addition to this practice which has always struggled to keep Good doctors
